RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days after delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

30 DAYS TO RECEIVE RETURNED ITEMS
We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery
RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@northpolestar.com to provide you a return address., place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Please Note

    • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
REFUNDS

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least seven (7) business days after we received your item, to process your return.  We also notify you by email when your return has been processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@northpolestar.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@northpolestar.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

BACKORDERS

You will be notified by email if an item has suddenly become out of stock or discontinued; the balance of your order will ship immediately in most cases. You may cancel a backorder at any time!

EXCEPTIONS
