Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Orders placed after 10am PST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

For free shipping products (Identified with Free Shipping icon), delivery time is usually between 12-19 business days after processing time and for other product estimated delivery time will be displayed at the checkout page.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Products being out of stock
  • Failed delivery attempt
  • Service disruptions

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (support@northpolestar.com), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

Check your package status from provided tracking number and contact your country postal service or your carrier. As a last resort you can get in touch with us (support@northpolestar.com), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

North Pole Star​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

North Pole Star​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
